Boone Enterprises
vs. the other guys
SOUND FAMILIAR?
If you’ve used another party outfitter
in the past and the results of your last event were
disappointing -- we’re sorry. But we’re not really
surprised. Unfortunately, comments like these happen all too
often
– BUT NOT with BOONE ENTERPRISES!
“I was so embarrassed – the people who came to work our
event were sloppily dressed – some wore ripped blue jeans
and had holes in their shirts. Some of them were teenagers
with an attitude problem.”
“Never again!
“We hosted a company picnic for our employees and their
families. A lot of the parents wouldn’t let their kids go on
the rides because they were dirty, old and just looked
unsafe.”
“The kids were disappointed and their parents were mad. The
committee had worked hard and spent a lot of money to make
sure the kids had a safe, fun place to go, but there was a
lot of standing around waiting for things to get started. It
was not well- run or well-organized – very unprofessional.”
“It was a nightmare! The guests arrived before the field had
been set up because the staff showed up late – that meant
the games didn’t start on time and a lot of people left
early.”
“My boss thought we could save money by going with a company
that had a really cheap bid. Well, the games they promised
became ‘unavailable’ a week before our event, they
substituted items on the menu without letting me know, and
the whole thing was just a disaster. I guess you get what
you pay for.”
“I felt sorry for the people in our Human Resources
Department. They had really drummed up participation at our
company event but it didn’t come off as advertised. There
were a lot of complaints about the event staff being kids.
“I was a new employee and one of my first big assignments
was arranging a company party. I had a lot of questions and
it took my event planner several days to get back to me.
Sometimes I felt she was as clueless as I was. Turns out she
ran her company part-time from her home while she kept
another day job.”
“Our church opted for the cheapest bid, they came by early
in the day set up the inflatable’s and were gone, before
anyone on the planning committee arrived, we had no idea
what to do, they did not leave any operating instructions or
what to do if we had any problems but, they did leave a
phone number for us to call, when we called no answer.” |
